Many covered entities participate in the 340B Program through HRSA grants, but not all grants work the same way. If you oversee 340B compliance, grant administration, or pharmacy operations at a grantee site, understanding the difference between specialized grantees and Health Center Award Program recipients helps you apply the right rules to the right funding. Join us to learn how grant concepts, notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs), and scope of grant award (SOG) documentation shape your funding process. We’ll explore operational considerations such as mobile clinics, referrals, combined purchasing and decision models (CPDMs), and retail pharmacy.

For the first time, this webinar will offer continuing education (CE) credit: 1.0 contact hour (0.1 CEUs). We will also highlight duplicate discount and contract pharmacy self-audit tools, as well as the CPDM request for HRSA

Objectives:

  • Review specialized grantee types and their eligibility requirements.
  • Differentiate specialized grantees from Health Center Program Award recipients.
  • Explain grant concepts, terminology, and funding processes, including NOFOs and SOG.
  • Discuss operational considerations for 340B grantees, including mobile clinics, referrals, CPDMs, and retail pharmacy.
