APEXUS ANSWERS SUPPORT FOR COVID-19 QUESTIONS

Due to an unusually high volume of COVID-19 related calls, it may take longer than usual to reach a call center specialist. Your call is important to us. For general inquiries, we request that all stakeholders review the information on a new webpage created specifically for issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the 340B Program.

 

To the extent a 340B stakeholder has a specific circumstance where they believe their COVID-19 response may affect their compliance or eligibility in the 340B Program, the stakeholder should contact the 340B Prime Vendor at 1.888.340.2787 (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT) or apexusanswers@340bpvp.com. The 340B Prime Vendor will coordinate with HRSA technical assistance and evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis.
