  • Managing products as therapeutic and biosimilar equivalent products come to market

John Barnes, CPM, MBA, 340B ACE, is Associate Vice-President of Contract Services for Apexus, the HRSA 340B Prime Vendor. He has 34 years of experience in the health care supply chain, with expertise in pharmaceutical, medical, surgical, and capital contracting. In his current role, he leads a team that executes market-competitive contracts for branded and generic pharmaceuticals for 340B hospitals and federal grantee clinics enrolled in the 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP). John has extensive experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, employing analytics and data management for designing and evaluating pricing strategies, developing financial models, and understanding drug pricing data sources as they relate to the 340B Drug Pricing Program. At Apexus, John helps manufacturers and covered entities to successfully navigate the compliance and business aspects of the 340B Program.
John received his certified purchasing manager (CPM) credentials through the Institute for Supply Management. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Northwood University in Michigan.

Jaime Barouh, BASc, is a Key National Account Manager for Morris & Dickson Co., LLC, where she specializes in the management of key GPO relationships. Building successful, strategic relationships remains her primary role, but she has expanded her job responsibilities into human resources and marketing.  Her previous experience includes a stint at McKesson, where she progressed from being a retail sales manager to a position of district sales manager.
Jaime received her bachelor of applied science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Victoria Dubé, BS

Coherus BioSciences

Victoria Dubé, BS, is Senior Director of National Accounts for Coherus BioSciences. In her current role, she is responsible for executing strategic product contracting with many national group purchasing organizations (GPOs).
Victoria has spent more than 20 years in the biotech arena; her career spans many drug launches in the oncology, cardiac, and endocrine spaces. She has extensive 340B and non-340B contracting experience, as well as experience with community oncology clinic GPOs. In addition to Coherus BioSciences, she has worked at Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, and AMAG Pharmaceuticals. She is a four-time Chairman’s Circle recipient, recognized for top performance and excellence.
Victoria graduated from Suffolk University, Boston, with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.


Michael O’Neal, PharmD, MBA
Director of Pharmacy Procurement & Inventory Management
Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Michael D. O’Neal, PharmD, MBA, is Director of Pharmacy Procurement and Inventory Management at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He has worked at Vanderbilt for more than 29 years and served in multiple practice and administrative roles. For the past 13 years, he has overseen procurement and logistics, 340B procurement compliance, and inventory management for the entire department. A large part of his role involves market access and working with GPOs, Apexus, and other professional organizations to further Vanderbilt's mission by driving value into the organization and developing lean procurement and sourcing practices.
Michael received his PharmD from Auburn University’s Harrison School of Pharmacy.
