This session outlines common inventory management challenges at a 340B covered entity for clinic-administered drugs, as well as in mixed-use areas that dispense to both 340B eligible and ineligible patients. Participants collaborate directly with peers in small groups to work through real-world case studies, led by experienced 340B University faculty; share operational decisions at their site; and apply learnings to their own covered entity. The content does not include inventory considerations for entity-owned retail pharmacies or contract pharmacies, which are addressed in other workshops.
Participant knowledge level: Intermediate level of 340B experience.
